The Opportunity
Exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing Melbourne-based tech business who have successfully expanded globally. This is a classic Senior Finance Manager role, managing a team and taking a lead role in financial reporting and compliance.
The role is covering parental leave and will be offered as a 5-month fixed term, so it’s best suited to someone who can commence within two weeks.
The Challenge
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing financial operations such as financial reporting, audit, GL and consolidation, AP, AR and Payroll
- Lead role in preparing half-year and full-year ASX reporting (income, cash flow, balance sheet and changes in equity)
- Responsible for preparing key statutory disclosures and notes to the financial statements
- Managing all compliance & statutory requirements
- Maintaining global transfer pricing policies for the Group
- Supporting with budgeting & forecasting
- Leading a high-performing and empowered team
The Expertise
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:
- CA/CPA qualification with relevant experience as a Finance Manager (3+ at this level)
- Experience managing a high-performing team
- Experience in a high-growth business or tech scale-up would be helpful
- Excellent communication skills
- Available to commence at short notice and commit to a 5-month term
