The Challenge 
 
Reporting to the Owner/CEO, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• End to end oversight of accounting function including preparation of the budgets and forecasts
• Lead a tight knit team of up to 4, review their work and manage growth and development 
• Communicate and influence key stakeholders across the business
• Report directly to MD/Owner and provide guidance on key strategic decisions 
• Financial, statutory and management reporting
• Review the AP, AR and other transactional finance requirements 
• Oversee effective collection processes, inventory evaluation procedures and purchasing processes
• Reconcile bank statements with the general ledger bank account

The Expertise 
 
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• Ideally, you will be CA/CPA qualified and have 6+ years experience in the retail, manufacturing, wholesale or distribution industries.
• Preferably, you are currently a Senior Financial Accountant or Finance Manager and have experience reporting to an Owner or MD
• It is a given you will possess a high attention to detail, strong work ethic as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
